Yemenis who won "greencard lottery" stranded in visa process due to US travel ban

INTRO:

Yemen is urging the U.S. government to assist Yemenis who won an
American visa in the "green card lottery" but are now stranded in
Malaysia after President Trump introduced a temporary travel ban.

The United States does not maintain a diplomatic post in war-torn
Yemen so its citizens are given other countries for their visa
application, for many it's Malaysia.
