Trump: I wouldn't have hired AG Jeff Sessions if I'd known he would recuse himself from Russia probe


Speaking to the New York Times, US President Donald Trump said he never would have hired Attorney General Jeff Sessions if he'd known he would recuse himself from the Russia investigation.

Mr Sessions placed his deputy in charge of the Justice Department's probe into allegations of Russian interference in the US elections shortly after taking his post.
