STUDY TO ASSESS IMPACT OF EU MIGRATION ON UK

The UK government is commissioning a major study into the costs and benefits of EU migrants.

The Migration Advisory Committee will look into current trends in migration and attempt to work out what impact will be felt by a cut in numbers after Brexit.

The UK will have to work up a new set of regulations for migration once it has left the European Union.
