Russia says may deploy military to Syrian de-escalation zones

LEAD:


Russia says it may deploy its military to police the borders of so-called de-escalation zones in Syria.  Moscow hopes to sign the agreement with Turkey and Iran at the fifth round of peace talks on Syria in the Kazakh capital of Astana.  Julia Lyubova reports from Moscow.
