Russia may act on its threats to expel 35 US diplomats and seize US diplomatic property in Moscow in response to US sanctions. The news come as Washington readies to increase pressure on Russia over hacking, Ukraine and Syria. Moscow expressed regret over fresh round of sanctions calling them 'sad news' for Russia-US ties.
