Republicans blame Democrats for health care bill failure

U.S. Vice President Mike Pence is the first member of the Trump administration to speak out on the failure of efforts to repeal and replace the legislation nicknamed "Obamacare" - insisting legislative work must continue.

U.S. Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell says he wants to proceed with a repeal only bill, an effort that quickly met with significant political resistance.

Vice President Pence says health care must be addressed, despite obstructionism by the Democrats.
