Polish prime minister says government is determined to force through reforms

The Polish prime minister Beata Szydlo says her government is determined to push through controversial reforms to the judiciary - despite President Duda announcing on Monday he would veto the bill.
Thousands of protesters took to the streets across Poland on Monday night - they fear the government will rewrite the law and try to pass it again.
