Kurdish top official says ISIS leader al-Baghdadi almost certainly alive

A Kurdish counter-terrorism official has claimed ISIS leader Abu Bakr
al-Baghdadi is alive and living in Syria.

Russia claimed to have killed al-Baghdadi in an airstrike in May, and
top US military officials said last month they had seen no evidence he
was still alive.
