Iraq's PM declares overall victory in Mosul

Iraq's Prime Minister Haider Al-Abadi has declared victory in the battle to retake Mosul from the Islamic State.

Iraqi forces have been fighting alongside a US-led coalition for almost nine months to liberate the city.
