India's Army Chief heads to Jammu and Kashmir after terror attack on pilgrims

7 Hindu pilgrims were killed in a terror attack after gunmen opened fire on a bus.

The Indian Prime Minister has condemned the attack to call it 'cowardly.' Security has been stepped up in the state of Jammu and Kashmir and internet services have been suspended.

Kashmir has been witness to several terror attacks in the last few years with gunmen often targeting security personnel. India claims a Pakistan based terror group carried out the attack.
