The UK's Brexit minister says it's time to 'get down to business' in negotiations on Britain's withdrawal from the European Union.
David Davis is in Brussels for the second round of formal talks on the process.
The EU says trade discussions can't start until three major issues are settled: the rights of EU citizens living in the UK; a financial settlement or 'divorce bill'; and the issue of the Irish border.
