U.S. Attorney General Jeff Sessions says he plans to stay in his role as the head of the U.S. Justice Department as long as it is appropriate.
His comments came after U.S. President Donald Trump told the New York Times, he never would have nominated Jeff Sessions if Trump had known he'd recuse himself from any Russia investigations.
Jeff Sessions has appeared before Senate Committees to testify about his meetings with Russians.
And he says he's going to keep working as the U.S. Attorney General.
