Six individuals are to face criminal charges over the 1989 Hillsborough disaster in which 96 Liverpool football fans were killed in a stadium crush ahead of a game in Sheffield.
The police officer who had overall command of the match, former Chief Superintendent David Duckenfield will face manslaughter by gross negligence in 95 of the deaths.
