British police say they believe the situation is now under control after three men went on a driving and stabbing spree in central London Saturday evening, killed 7 people.
The men were shot dead by armed police 8 minutes after receiving calls about the incident. Police say they were all wearing bomb vests which turned out to be hoaxes.
A further 48 people were injured, some critically, when a white van was driven at crowds in the London Bridge area of the city before 3 men ran to the busy Borough Market area and began stabbing people.
Metropolitan Police Commissioner Cressida Dick says the priority will be finding if the three men had accomplices, however police believe the situation is under control.
