Former FBI Director James Comey has expressed anger and confusion over his treatment by President Trump, and said he's increasingly concerned that he was fired for his continued pursuit of the investigation into ties between the Trump campaign and Russia.
His testimony came in a hearing before the US Sentate Intelligence Committe, the day after Mr Comey submitted a written statement outlining repeated interactions in which the President pressured him to ease off the investigation.
He said President Trump repeatedly told Mr Comey he was doing a great job - before abruptly firing him.
