White House Defends Duterte Invitation Amid UN Criticism

The White House has defended President Donald Trump's decision to invite the Philippine President Rodrigo Duterte to Washington, saying his cooperation is needed to deal with North Korea.

It comes as the administration faces criticism from human rights groups and the United Nations for the move.
