White House Acts to Relax Contraception Mandate for Religious Employers

INTRO:

US federal officials have drafted a rule to excuse employers with
religious affiliations from having to cover contraceptives for their
employees as part of their health insurance.

President Obama's signature Affordable Care Act controversially
required employers and insurers to cover birth control - something
President Trump has pledged to undo.
