UN disability rights expert announces first visit to North Korea

North Korea is welcoming a United Nations independent expert on human rights, in the first visit of its kind to the secretive nation.

Catalina Devandas-Aguilar is starting a six-day trip that will focus on the situation for children with disabilities.
