OPEC and non-OPEC oil producing countries are meeting in Vienna to reach an agreement to extend their production cut agreement. Russia is poised to join the deal despite that more than a half of its budget depends on oil&gas revenues. Moscow expects the oil cut would help it decrease budget deficit and slow down inflation.
