Clinton Blames Comey, Russia For Election Defeat

The former Democratic candidate said she took 'absolute personal responsibility' for her losing campaign - but added that the letter sent by Mr. Comey at the end of October, saying agents were looking into possible new information related to her personal email server, helped her rival Donald Trump.
