White House: Syria attack "reprehensible", but Obama to blame

The White House says an apparent chemical attack on Syrian civilians by the regime of President Bashar al Assad is "reprehensible" and "cannot be ignored".


But President Trump's spokesman blamed the Obama administration for circumstances that led to the attack near Idlib.
