Violence Breaks Out in Caracas Streets

Long-simmering political tensions broke out into violent exchanges between opposition protesters and national police on the streets of the Venezuelan capital.
The clashes began after police blocked a central plaza in downtown Caracas, where protesters had planned to meet.
