The US attorney general has ordered a national review of reform agreements with troubled police departments, a move that could put a key part of President Obama's criminal justice reforms in jeopardy.
Jeff Sessions directed his staff to look at whether law enforcement programmes in departments such as Baltimore and Ferguson adhered to the principles of the Trump administration.
