US & Russia clash at UN over Syria attack

The US ambassador to the United Nations says Syria's backer, Russia
must bear responsibility for the alleged chemical weapons attack which
killed at least 72 people.

The UN Security Council has held a tense meeting ahead of a planned
vote to launch an investigation in Tuesday's attack.
