The US Marshal leading the search for an Ohio man accused of commiting murder live on Facebook says he's optimistic about finding him soon.
The video appears to show Steve Stephens shooting a 74 year old man dead in Cleveland. He then goes on to claim he's already killed 13 people and will continue until he's caught.
