United Airlines change seat-policy amid PR disaster


United Airlines says it is ending a policy which allowed crew members to take the seats of passengers already on the plane. 

The rule change comes week after a passenger, Dr. David Dao, was bloodied and physically dragged from his flight after refusing to surrender his seat.
