UN Security Council postpones Syria vote amid disagreement

The United Nations have been unable to agree on a proposal calling for
a full investigation into the chemical weapons attack in Syria.

They were set to vote on the resolution on Thursday evening, but
Syria's ally Russia threatened to veto.

Nick Harper reports from the UN in New York.
