Turkey suspends 9000 police officers over failed coup attempt

Turkey has suspended more than nine thousand police officers over alleged links to the attempted coup last year.

They're accused of having links to Fethullah Gulen - the Turkish cleric exiled in the US who Turkey blames for organizing the failed coup.
