Russian authorities confirmed the identity of the key suspect in the deadly Monday blast in the Russian city of St. Petersburg. The 22-year old Kyrgyz-born Russian citizen reportedly planted one bomb at a metro station in St.Petersburg and then set off another explosive device in a metro carriage last Monday.
