Gibraltar has accused Spain of deliberately causing traffic gridlock at the border - after the archipelago set off a diplomatic spat between Britain and Spain over Brexit.
EU Council President Donald Tusk said last week that Spain should get a veto over the status of Gibraltar in any Brexit trade deal - sparking anger in Westminster.
