French polling commission warns over Russian media "fake polls"

France's polling commission has launched a new warning over Russian news reports - with just three weeks to go before the presidential election.
It comes after allegations by centrist candidate Emmanuel Macron that he was a target of fake news put out by Russian-backed outlets, and growing fears across the political spectrum over Russia trying to influence the race.
