After chemical attack, UN Security Council considers draft resolution on Syria

Russia is blaming rebel forces in Syria for a suspected chemical attack that killed more than 70 people.

Moscow claims the poisonous gas was leaked after government air strikes hit a rebel warehouse.

Meanwhile, Britain, France and the US are joining efforts at the United Nations to condemn the Syrian government for the attack.
