US Sec of State opens Global Coalition to Counter ISIS

US Secretary of State Rex Tillerson says defeating the so-called Islamic State is the US's number one goal in the Middle East.

He was speaking at the opening of a two day summit of the Global Coalition to Counter ISIS being held in Washington.
