UN agency concerned over forced return of Nigerian refugees from Cameroon

INTRO:
United Nations officials have voiced concern over Cameroon making
refugees from Northeast Nigeria return, despite the threat of Boko
Haram and impending famine.

The UN reports at least 2,600 refugees who fled Boko Haram have been
sent back in 2017.
