UN optimistic on Climate Change pledges despite US withdrawal threat

The United Nations says world governments are making efforts to reduce emissions despite anti-climate change pledges from US President Donald Trump.

Trump has threatened to pull out of the UN-led Paris Climate Change agreement, which the US signed under former President Barack Obama.
