The U.S. Justice Department is reviewing the ruling by a U.S. federal judge blocking the second executive order limiting immigration indefinitely.
The judge pointed out he cannot ignore the public statements of then candidate, now President Trump, calling for a Muslim ban, and he also emphasized that the injuries to tourism, education and business have already occured.
White House Spokesman Sean Spicer said the administration is confident ultimately the executive order will be found constitutional and will move forward.
