Russian de-mining experts arrive in Syria after Astana talks

Russia's Defence Ministry says more than 150 Russian de-mining specialists have arrived in Syria to help de-mine the ancient city of Palmyra.  This comes after a third round of peace talks on Syria in the Kazakh capital Astana.  Julia Lyubova reports from Moscow.
