House of Lords could upset Brexit legislation

Britain's upper house in parliament looks set to give the government its first defeat for the Brexit bill, which paves the way for the UK's departure from the European Union.

The House of Lords is expected to vote to amend the draft legislation Wednesday afternoon,  in a bid to protect the rights of EU citizens already living in the UK.   From London, Catherine Drew reports.
