Dow Jones closes above 21,000 for first time

The Dow Jones Industrial Index has closed up above 21,000 for the first time.

The US markets have seen big gains since the elections and Donald
Trump's speech to lawmakers Tuesday helped give them fresh momentum
during trading hours on Wednesday.
