US national security advisor Michael Flynn resigns

US President Donald Trump's National Security Adviser Michael Flynn
has resigned.

It comes after controversy surrounding the retired general's contact
with the Russian ambassador about sanctions on Moscow, before Mr.
Trump's inauguration.
