UN Condemns Israeli Settlement Legislation

The UN Secretary General has joined the EU's foreign policy chief in criticising the Israeli parliament, after it moved to legalise thousands of settlements on Palestinian land in the occupied West Bank.

Antonio Guterres said the action went against international law.
