Sec. Kelly: Military won't enforce immigrant deportations

U.S. Homeland Security Secretary John Kelly says there will be 'no mass deportations' and 'no military forces' as part of President Trump's immigration orders.

Secretary Kelly was speaking in Mexico City alongside US Secretary of State Rex Tillerson as they met with their Mexican counterparts.
