Russian Foreign Ministry optimistic about US cooperation

Russia's Foreign Ministry is optimistic that the United States will be
willing to work with them without prejudice.

President Putin spoke on the phone with his US counterpart on Saturday
and both men agreed to try and rebuild relations between the two
nations.
