Russia eyes Trump speech for signs of thaw

Russia will be studying Donald Trump's address to Congress [0200GMT Wed] for signs the US government plans to improve ties with Moscow.

Deputy Foreign Minister Sergei Ryabkov has told a panel in the Russian parliament that relations with the United States are at their lowest point since the Cold War.
