Rex Tillerson confirmed as US Secretary of State

US Senators have confirmed former ExxonMobil CEO Rex Tillerson as the
new Secretary of State.

During confirmation hearings, Tillerson, a controversial pick by
President Trump, was questioned over his lack of experience in
international politics - and his history of cozy relations with
Russia.
