Oscars ceremony “most political” yet

The 89th Academy Awards, is being held in Los Angeles this weekend.
(NB: Sunday 26th February)

The film, La La Land, has 14 nominations and is favourite to win the
Oscar for best picture. Moonlight is also a strong contender with
eight nominations.

But some have said this could be the "most political" year yet - with
some directors and actors boycotting the ceremony in protest over
President Donald Trump's policies.
