Native American leader says new protests undermine tribe at Dakota Access Pipeline

INTRO:

Following the arrests of over seventy protesters, a Native American
chairman at the Dakota Access pipeline sight in North Dakota has said
that the demonstrators are undermining the tribe's authority.

This comes days after US President Donald Trump issued an executive order
that would accelerate work on the pipeline, which would move oil
through Sioux tribe land.
