May wins MPs backing for Brexit process

British MPs have voted overwhelmingly to allow Prime Minister Theresa May to begin the process of Brexit, the departure from the European Union. 

The legislation is being fast tracked to meet a timetable proposed by the British leader of the end of March.  From London, Catherine Drew reports.
