Top US intelligence officials and members of the Senate say the Russians were responsible for a hacking attack on the Democratic Party's computer servers, despite Donald Trump's insistence that they weren't.
America's Director of National Intelligence, James Clapper, has told lawmakers on Capitol Hill that "only" Russia's top leaders could have authorized the attack.
