US intelligence agencies blame Putin personally for "influence campaign" against USA

US intelligence agencies say they have concluded Vladimir Putin personally ordered interference in America's Presidential election in a bid to boost Donald Trump's chances of winning the keys to the White House.


The claim is contained in a declassified version of an intelligence report that has now been presented to both President Obama and Mr. Trump, the President-elect.
